Refund Policy

This policy is short because there is currently nothing to buy from us, and therefore nothing to refund.

Open-source software

The Opencomplai package is free and licensed under the AGPL-3.0 License. Installing and using it (pip install opencomplai) costs nothing. Because no payment is ever collected for the open-source package, no refund policy applies to it.

Enterprise offering

Our enterprise offering is not yet available for purchase — see our Pricing page. The “Contact Us” link there opens an email to our team, not a checkout flow, and we do not currently take payment for anything on this site. Once the enterprise offering launches, refund terms will be defined in the enterprise agreement, and this page will be updated at that time.
