Refund Policy

This policy is short: the open-source software is free, and paid plans for our hosted service have their own order form, which sets their refund terms.
Open-source software
The Opencomplai package is free and licensed under the AGPL-3.0 License. Installing and using it (pip install opencomplai) costs nothing. Because no payment is ever collected for the open-source package, no refund policy applies to it.
Hosted service
Paid plans for our hosted service, the Opencomplai dashboard at app.opencomplai.com, are sold under an order form or other written agreement, not through a checkout on this site. Refunds and cancellation for those plans are governed by that order form or agreement. We do not take payment for anything on this site; to discuss a plan, see our Pricing page.
