The service
Opencomplai is free, open-source software licensed under the AGPL-3.0 License, available today via pip install opencomplai. An enterprise offering with additional support is planned but not yet available — see our Pricing page. Any reference to “enterprise” features on this site describes a future offering, not something currently for sale.
Acceptable use of this website
When using the waitlist form, Oracle widget, or repo chat features on this site, you agree not to:
- submit false or misleading information;
- scrape, abuse, or attempt to overload these features;
- attempt to guess, brute-force, or share repo chat access codes with anyone they weren't issued to;
- use these features for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or revoke access to these features, including repo chat access codes, at our discretion, including for suspected abuse.
Open-source license
The Opencomplai software itself is licensed separately under the AGPL-3.0 License, available at github.com/Opencomplai/opencomplai. These website terms do not modify or restate that license — the license terms in the repository govern your use of the software.
No legal advice
Opencomplai's classifications, risk assessments, and other outputs — including those relating to the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001 — are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. You remain solely responsible for your own compliance determinations, and we recommend consulting a qualified professional before relying on any output for a compliance decision.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opencomplai and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the software, including damages arising from reliance on classification outputs. The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, as set out in the AGPL-3.0 License.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website or software, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to features of this website, including repo chat access codes, at any time, with or without notice, particularly in cases of suspected misuse.

We may revise these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
